14.1. The Administrator has the right to involve any third parties in the performance of obligations under the Agreement without the User's consent.
14.2. If any of the provisions of the Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain valid and enforceable.
14.3. The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and applies to Users accessing the Service and using the Service both before and after the Agreement is published on the Service.

12.1. Access to the Service is provided "as is." The Administrator makes no warranties or representations regarding the Service and is not responsible for meeting the expectations of Users.
12.2. Limitation of the Administrator's Liability for Technical Issues and Failures
16.2.1. The Administrator is not responsible for:
- Technical failures/outages of communication networks, data centers, servers, providers, or equipment;
- Disruptions in the operation of software, scripts, or email services;
- Any errors, interruptions, deletions, or defects;
- Delays in data processing or transmission.
12.2.2. The Administrator is not responsible for the error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Service or for any losses incurred by Users due to technical failures caused by third parties in the operation of the Service, hardware, or software.
12.2.3. The Administrator is not responsible for any damage to the User's devices or software caused by or related to the use of the Service.
12.3. Violation of the Agreement by the User. Fraud. Account Blocking
The Administrator has the right to block the User's access to the Service, account, or Services (including paid ones) in the following cases:
- If the User violates the terms of the Agreement;
- If the Administrator considers the User's actions to be fraudulent or aimed at damaging the Service, organizing DDoS attacks, etc. In this case, the funds paid by the User for the Services are non-refundable, and the User's account is blocked.
12. Liability. Limitation of Liability
11.1. The User agrees to use the Service for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

11. Using the Service for Legal Purposes. Information Security Requirements
10.1. The Service is designed to interact only with the latest, officially released versions of browsers. For the proper provision of Services, the following requirements must be met:
- The latest version of a browser with HTML5 player support from the following list must be installed: Chrome, Yandex, Opera, Firefox, Safari, Edge4;
- JavaScript must be enabled;
- Ad blockers, content downloaders (downloader), and other browser extensions that change the technical properties of the Service must be disabled;
- Proxy servers, including those with compression (Turbo mode), must be disabled.
10. Technical Requirements
9.2.1. Cashless Payments. General Provisions
9.2.1.1. Only the User who has provided an Email is entitled to pay for the Service. Such a User can make payments by cashless methods using:
- Bank cards of national or international payment systems;
- Other methods explicitly listed on the Service.
9.2.1.2. The Administrator reserves the right to unilaterally change and supplement the payment methods provided for in the Agreement.
9.2.1.3. Payment for the Service cannot be made in parts using multiple payment methods. For example, part of the Service cost cannot be paid by a bank card and another part using a different payment method.
9.2.1.4. If third-party entities charge a commission for payments, the User confirms their consent to pay such commissions to third parties.
9.2.2. Specifics of Bank Card Payments
9.2.2.2. The User agrees to use only a bank card owned by them for payment of Services and in respect of which a corresponding agreement has been concluded between the bank and the User. If the User uses a third party's bank card for payment, the User alone is responsible for any damage caused or that may be caused to the actual cardholder.
9.2.2.3. No commission is charged for bank card payments for the Service, unless otherwise specified in the payment form shown during the payment process.
9.2.2.4. When making a payment or linking a bank card on the Service, the User will be asked to provide the following details:
- Bank card number;
- Expiry date of the bank card;
- CVV code.
8.1. The User can disable automatic renewal for any Subscription by sending an email to johnykiwa88@outlook.com.
8.2. Refunds Upon Termination of Services
8.2.1. Refunds for Subscription Cancellations
8.2.2. If the User opts out of automatic Subscription renewal, the Subscription will continue to be provided until the end of the paid billing period. Automatic renewal for the next billing periods will be disabled.
8.2.3. The funds paid for the Subscription for previous billing periods are not refundable to the User, as the Services for those periods have already been properly provided by the Administrator, regardless of whether the User used the service, and must be paid for by the User.
8.2.4. The Administrator may voluntarily refund the subscription fees for the current billing period in the following cases:
- If the same Subscription was charged for two or more accounts of one User (if the accounts were created accidentally), the fees for the Subscription for the current billing period in all accounts except one will be refunded.
- If the subscription fees were charged as a result of fraudulent actions by third parties, provided the User is not at fault and has not violated the Agreement.
8.2.5. In other cases, subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, as the Administrator's expenses equal the Subscription cost for the billing period.
8.2.6. Other Conditions for Refunds
8.2.7. Information about the fact and time of the Views in the User's Personal Account is determined solely based on the data in the Administrator's internal technical system.
8. Procedure for Opting Out of Automatic Subscription Renewal
7.1. Agreement Qualification (Providing Subscriptions)
Providing the User with a subscription to VPN Configuration constitutes a subscription agreement. The User is required to make regular subscription payments regardless of whether the User has requested the corresponding service from the Administrator (use of the service).
7.2. Subscription Payment Procedure
7.2.1. The User pays for Subscriptions on a prepayment basis for each billing period. Funds for the new Subscription period are automatically debited 24 hours before the specified renewal date. The User must monitor payment deadlines in a timely manner.
7.2.2. The User agrees to the automatic withdrawal of funds from their bank account (the bank card linked to their Personal Account) as part of the automatic renewal of Subscriptions.
7.2.3. If, at the time of the automatic withdrawal, there are insufficient funds in the User's bank account, the automatic withdrawal attempt will be repeated for 30 days from the date of the first attempt until successful withdrawal is made.
7.2.4. If the User has not fully paid for a new billing period of any Subscription, access to the Subscription will be disabled the day after the paid period ends.
7.3. The User may opt out of automatic Subscription renewal. In such a case, the Subscription is provided to the User until the end of the paid billing period. No charges will be made for the new billing period. Opting out of automatic renewal for the next billing period is possible no later than 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

6.1. The cost of paid Services is listed on the Service’s pages.
6.2. The cost of the 1-month service is $9.99/month.
6.3. The cost of the 1-year service is $2.99/year.
6.4. The Administrator has the right to change the cost of any Services on the Service without the User’s consent or notification.

5.2.2. What is the VPN Configuration Subscription?
The VPN Configuration Subscription is a subscription to the service, within which the Administrator provides the User with access to the VPN service.
5.2.3. Subscription Fee. Billing Cycle
The User authorizes the Administrator to charge the subscription fee for VPN Configuration periodically, according to the rate set by the Administrator at the time of payment, under the conditions of automatic renewal. The standard billing cycle for VPN Configuration is 7 days. The User has the right to cancel the renewal of the VPN Configuration Subscription at any time. If the User cancels the renewal, the subscription will remain active until the end of the last paid period.
5.2.4. The Administrator may change (add, remove, modify) the list of Services available on the Service at any time. The current Services available for purchase are listed on the Service.
5.2.5. When ordering and paying for the Service, the User understands and agrees that:
- The User is required to familiarize themselves with the list of Services before purchasing;
- By ordering and paying for the Services, the User confirms that this list fully satisfies them;
- The Administrator has the right to remove or add functionality on the Service at any time without notifying the User.
5. Description of Services Provided on the Service

- Not provide access to their account to third parties;
4.3. Account Security Measures
4.3.1. The User undertakes to take appropriate measures to ensure the security of their account, including:
- Not disclosing the login and password to third parties and ensuring their proper storage;
- Logging out of the account after each session on a public device (using the “Log Out” button);
- Not allowing third parties to perform any actions using the User's account;
- Immediately notifying the Administrator’s support service in case of loss or unauthorized disclosure of login and password, as well as any cases of third-party access to the Service using the User's account.
4.3.2. All actions performed by an authorized person under the User’s account are considered actions of the User. The User bears full responsibility for:
- Any losses incurred due to the loss of their login and password;
- All actions performed by an authorized person on behalf of the User.
4.3.3. The Administrator is not responsible, does not refund paid funds, and does not compensate for losses caused by unauthorized use of the User's account by third parties.
4.3.4. The User has no right to transfer, assign, sell, or allow third parties to use their account on the Service without the Administrator’s consent.
4.3.5. The Administrator undertakes not to use the data obtained during registration for any illegal purposes and guarantees the confidentiality of such data.
4.3.6. The Administrator is entitled to disclose information about the User and their account at the lawful request of law enforcement and other governmental bodies, as well as for the purpose of providing the Services.
4.4. Account Deletion
4.4.1. The User has the right to stop using the Service and delete their account.
4. Registration, Account, Profiles
3.1. Age Category of the Service
3.1.1. The Service does not contain content for age categories 18+.
3.2. Access of minors to the Service
3.2.1. An adult User (i.e., one who has reached the legal age according to the laws of the User's country of residence, but not less than 18 years) guarantees that:
- Minors access and use the Service under the supervision of an adult User, in compliance with the restrictions set by applicable law and this Agreement;
- The adult User controls purchases within the Personal Account and does not allow the minor to make purchases without the adult User’s consent.
3.2.2. All purchases made by a minor in the app are considered to have been made by the adult User. The Administrator has the right not to refund the User for such purchases.
2.1. The Service is an phone application (VPN Configuration).

2.3. Acceptance means the User’s consent to enter into a contract under the conditions proposed by the Administrator (with all points and obligations provided in the Agreement). If the User does not read the terms of the Agreement, this does not exempt the User from responsibility or cancel the contract.
2.4. The current version of the Agreement is available online at: https://open-internet.com/terms. The User is required to regularly, at least once every 14 days, familiarize themselves with the content of the Agreement to stay informed of changes or additions.
2.8. If the User continues to use the Service after any changes or additions to the Agreement, it implies that the User agrees and accepts such changes or additions.
2.9. If the User does not agree to comply with the Agreement, they are obligated to stop using the Service and cancel their subscription.
